Event support and rentals from the FLC Physical Plant
Fort Lewis College’s Physical Plant offers a variety of items for use during on-campus events and can assist with setup for special occasions.
To schedule a special event on campus, please contact the Event Services Office. The following college-sponsored events are institutionally funded:
- Convocation
- Commencement
- Homecoming
- Hozhoni Days Pow Wow
- Varsity Athletic Games

Off-campus events and rentals
Fort Lewis College supports local businesses and encourages the use of commercial rental companies for off-campus events. In limited cases, College-owned event items may be rented for non-FLC functions; however, these rentals will be charged a commercial rate to avoid competing with local providers.
