Fort Lewis College offers full-service event planning and coordination for students, faculty, staff, and visiting groups. Whether you're hosting a club event, faculty meeting, training, or multi-day retreat, we can help you reserve campus venues, request tabling space, arrange catering, and manage signage and promotional needs.
Planning a summer conference or group event? For June and July, we provide affordable lodging, dining, and meeting space, perfect for multi-day functions in Southwestern Colorado.
Book campus spaces, request AV support, coordinate catering, and submit flyers or signage for campus-based events.
