FLC ranked as a top 5 Best Value College in Colorado

In a study published by SmartAsset, an analytics organization out of New York, Fort Lewis College was ranked in the top five Best Value Colleges in Colorado. The study looked at factors such as scholarships and grants awarded, tuition and student living costs, retention, and average starting salary for graduates.

Nicole Lovato named 2015-16 Miss Hozhoni [VIDEO]

Miss Hozhoni for 2015-16 is Nicole Lovato, a junior Native American & Indigenous Studies major from Santo Domingo Pueblo in New Mexico. Lovato is active with the Native American Center, loves doing outdoor activities, and carries a 4.0 GPA.

They were then photographed with the WMH mug, their mug, and the name of their inspiration. The results are what you see here.

Promotions, tenure, and emerita status for faculty: 2014-15

Fort Lewis College annually evaluates professors on the merit of their teaching, service, and scholarly activities and confers promotions and tenure to high achievers. In addition, some professors are awarded the title of Emerita to honor them for lengthy service.
